Awww, I'm sorry that you have so much stress. I hope everything goes well and your s stress goes away. I tend to bottle everything up too. :/ Sometimes I don't mean to, but most times I do. It's just a habit. Back in high school I had a friend who would write down everything that was bugging her to help relieve the stress and tension, and then burn it up so no one would be able to read it. Maybe something like that could help in case you don't want to ran to someone about it. :3
