Today I'm talking about some songs I'm currently loving so much~

The soundtrack to Gu Family Book, a fusion sageuk Korean drama starring my lovely idol crush, Lee Seung Gi. It's my favorite song from all soundtracks for this drama released so far. Mellow me, yes. I think again and in King 2 Hearts, Seung Gi-oppa's character theme song was "Love is Crying". What's with him and sad love song titles? LOL~ But indeed in both series he was hurt by love in different ways, though.

A new song from Korean rapper Geeks. Looks like they had a comeback, and among few songs they released, there is this song in which they collaborated with my idol Ailee. Just listening at her parts make me happy... So strong and touching. Too bad her parts are small... Those days when you wish that it's Ailee feat. someone else, not the other way around, lol. I'm waiting for your comeback, Ailee!

Still, good songs are good. <3

I spent last weekend on a retreat: a religious activity to enjoy the silence and to review how we have lived so far in relation to God. It was a nice break once in a while, letting me go with a lighter heart and more power to get through the days. I bet I'll need it to face upcoming months, haha~

Anyway! New anime season has finally started. I welcome Spring's anime with open hands! From all titles I've checked out, Shingeki no Kyojin gave the strongest first impression. Followed by Aku no Hana, Suisei no Gargantia, Devil Survivor 2, RDG, and Karneval. Well, I'll still check the last names for a while before dropping them if I really have to. Anime lately are so short; only 12-13 episodes for most of these new titles.

Aside from anime craze, Seung Gi-oppa's new drama premiered today! I watched it through online live streaming. It was only an intro to the world, though I understood nothing because there was no subtitle, it looked like an interesting opening. Looking forward for this 20-episode drama! <3

And so, I need to go back and continue my notes. v_v

My male Korean idol crush, Lee Seung Gi-oppa, is currently shooting his new drama titled "Gu Family Book". It's a sageuk drama telling the story of Choi Kang Chi, half-human, half-gumiho, who wants to be full-human. What's up with Oppa and gumiho was my first question. Who's the female lead was my second question. How he'd look like was the next wonder. And I'll see all in action this April 8th! I so can't wait!

Today they held the press conference for the series. Found this nice translation from tryp96's blog:

A production staff just tweeted this:
"Today at the press conference, SeungGi… hmm… seemed to have an IQ of 200… Everything was so well spoken...

Has my Oppa ever been disappointing? <33

It has been a while since I posted any update in this journal. Caught up in life, and just... too lazy. <3 But as payback, here I'll share the summary of previous months.

February 2013 ~ The big thing was me turning 20. Feeling so old, yeah. First few days of February was spent lazily at home, enjoying what was probably my last holiday for the next a year and half, or so my friends said. So I was at home with parents and sister, visiting this and that place, doing this and that, until I had to resume school. Classes were fine, got its boring moment, but I managed to got through it rather safely. Can't remember anything so special happening in February. Don't ask me of Valentine's Day, lol.

March 2013 ~ Happy Easter! March was closed with a lovely Easter celebration here, even though I was tired because of it. Preparations of events, usual university stuffs, me getting lazy, me and my addiction to drama and anime, finishing Winter's anime, and waiting patiently for the new Spring titles. Noticed how my friends were fighting, getting pissed off at some things, got into fangirl mode on for music and drama, and found peace between all those hectic moments. I'm glad March went through safely, too.

Now... Happy April's Fools day! Nothing bad happened today, thank goodness. Instead I'm preparing for exam right away, and a retreat for Catholic students at the end of this week. Busy as hell. But somehow enjoying it. With all the laziness included. And waiting patiently for Seung Gi-oppa new sageuk drama which will start airing in mid-April.

Life can't get any better.

Where are you?

Were you happy?

Close your eyes, relax, and think. We all need one time in life to sit and reflect on everything that has happened so far, positive or negative.

Until one day we can say, "I am thankful for this life."
